Remove all Antivirus software except for windows defender

• I have searched for existing issues/discussions and didn't find any similar ones.

Describe the feature or improvement

Other than the standard MS bloat, most of the slow pcs I've seen had one or more AV software installed besides Defender.

Would it be possible to integrate something that removes other AVs from the system?

I'm guessing it would not be easy due to the permissions they have, but it would be extremely useful.

These AVs are a pain to remove even with admin privileges

Examples

• Detect and remove third party AVs (parent)
• Remove McAfee (child)
• Remove Norton (child)
• Remove Avast (child)
• etc etc (child)

Thank you for the tool, honestly. I've been using and recommending it for years now
