“NoAudioReceived” in Armenian, Punjabi, and Basque (Euskera).

Hi, for the past two days, the text-to-speech voices for Armenian, Basque, and Punjabi haven't been working for me. I keep getting a “NoAudioReceived” error. They were working last week. In fact, the same thing happened with “Estonian,” but it’s working today. I’m using the following “Voice IDs”:

“Punjabi”: {“M”: “pa-IN-OjasNeural”, ‘F’: “pa-IN-VaaniNeural”}, “Basque”: {“M”: “eu-ES-AnderNeural”, “F”: “eu-ES-AinhoaNeural”}, ‘Armenian’: {“M”: “hy-AM-HaykNeural”, “F”: “hy-AM-AnahitNeural”},

I wonder if anyone can help me figure this out, or explain what’s going on. Greetings to everyone!
