Confusing mod version selection UI

Went to update [explorer-up-new-window] from 1.4 to 1.4.1 to then realize i actually wanted to see the source changelog so i uninstalled the newest and reinstalled 1.4 to check the changelog but 1 the update button was now greyed out and saying that i was on the latest version and 2 the source code changes wouldn't appear. (all in one go, never exited Windhawk or went to the home screen)

I resolved it by simply going to the Windhawk home screen and going back to the mod in question. Probably a simple fix.

Replicate: have a mod that needs to be updated. click mod, install update, uninstall, install previous version | Issue arises.
