[Feature Request] Allow dynamic disabling/enabling of mods on battery charging/discharging

I have several mods installed that either passively cause or actively use lots of resources that I can spare when my device is plugged in and charging, but would prefer to be turned off when my device is on battery.

Thus, I'm suggesting adding a list to Windhawk settings that automatically toggles the mods when changing battery state (i.e. if the mod is ON, and is on the list, then it toggles to OFF, and back ON, while if the mod is OFF, and is on the list, then it toggles to ON, and back OFF).
