Mod tagging/search categories

I suggest to add possibility for mod authors to tag mods or put them in categories for better search.

Two approaches are possible:

• Free categories, the way Wikipedia pages are categorized.

• Rigid list of categories, the XDG-way, the way Linux menu entries for programs are categorized.

In the second approach, a tree of categories is maintained separately. It may include trees by functionality (shell, theming, gaming, window management, internationalization, browsers, control panel, etc) and/or compatibility (Windows version, platform etc).

I personally think, a rigid tree for functionality would be the most useful.
