Docs are not helpful

I'm trying to follow the quick start guide using azure open AI keys.

Here's the view of datasets tab of my project in my profile. It is not intuitive why upload options are disabled. It also redirects me to this doc again. https://docs.raga.ai/ragaai-catalyst/agentic-testing/concepts/tracing. This tracing doc has a collab notebook. https://colab.research.google.com/drive/1agRWfqBfShuS8GaWNdRWBMH1Tcu0ejBm?usp=sharing It's also throwing many errors. Too many redirected links in the docs and nothing actually works.

Please add a quick start guide for Azure openAI users.
