Missing cover after adding movies from Movies>Discover

Current Behavior

Hi,

I have added some movies from "Discover" section. All of them have covers in TMDB and covers are seen as posters while browsing in discover section of Radarr. After adding movies I noticed that posters for 80% of them are missing in my libraries. Even after movies are downloaded, no poster is seen, even though posters are downloaded and are physically saved in the hard disk.

Refresh & Scan does not solve the problem.

I have attached screenshots to show the problem.

Any ideas on how to resolve the issue?
