folder.jpg files are getting renamed with a .metathumb extension during organize/rename

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

When picking a movie and selecting Preview Rename-->Organize the movie file is correctly renamed using the specified naming format, but the accompanying folder.jpg file in the same folder is also renamed with the new movie name and a .metathumb extension.

Expected Behavior

Expected that only the .mkv movie file would be renamed and none of the image files (.jpg) would be renamed.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Pick a movie in the library that is not properly named.
2. Click the Preview Rename button
3. Click the Organize button after reviewing the suggested renamed movie looks correct.
4. Observe that the movie file is renamed correctly but the folder.jpg file in the same folder is also renamed with the new movie name and a .metathumb extension.

Environment

- OS: Windows 11
- Radarr: 6.2.1.10461
- Docker Install: No
- Using Reverse Proxy:  No 
- Browser:  Chrome 149.0.7827.201
- Database: Sqlite 3.50.4
