I am using the open-weight model Qwen/Qwen3-TTS-12Hz-1.7B-CustomVoice locally, with the built-in preset speaker Sohee. This does not involve voice cloning or any user-provided reference voice.

The official model card lists the model under Apache-2.0 and describes Sohee as a Korean preset/premium timbre. Could you please confirm the following in writing?

1. May audio generated with the built-in Sohee speaker be used commercially in monetized YouTube videos and other published media?
2. Are there any additional attribution, notice, distribution, or monetization restrictions that apply specifically to generated audio or the Sohee preset voice?
3. Has Qwen/Alibaba cleared the necessary speaker, voice, or timbre rights for commercial use of this preset?
4. Does this answer apply to local inference with the open-weight model, not only to the DashScope/Alibaba Cloud API?

If official terms already cover this, please share the exact link or clause.
