Feature Request: Unified Qwen Desktop Integration & Billing Portal

Title: Request for Unified Qwen Browser Extension with Local Control, Persistent Memory, and Consolidated Billing

Description: As a power user trying to integrate Qwen into my local development workflow, I have encountered massive friction due to platform fragmentation. I am requesting a unified solution that addresses two critical pain points:

1. The "Frankenstein" Workflow & Lack of Local Control: Currently, chat.qwen.ai offers a great chat experience with persistent history and image support, but it is completely sandboxed. To get Qwen to interact with my local computer (read/write files, execute terminal commands, automate tasks), I am forced to abandon the web UI and piece together a complex, fragile setup using third-party CLI tools, local servers, and raw API calls.

• Request: Please build an official Qwen Browser Extension / Desktop Companion. This tool should bridge the web UI and my local machine, allowing Qwen to:
  • Request permission to read/write local files and execute terminal commands.
  • Maintain full awareness of my conversation history and uploaded images.
  • Act as a true "Computer-Using Agent" directly from a unified interface.

2. Confusing, Fragmented Billing and Portal Experience: Trying to pay for Qwen API access is incredibly confusing. I was redirected through multiple Alibaba Cloud URLs, making it nearly impossible to know if I was paying for the right service. The disconnect between the consumer chat (chat.qwen.ai) and the developer API console (dashscope.console.aliyun.com) creates unnecessary anxiety and friction.

• Request: Consolidate the experience. Make chat.qwen.ai (or a dedicated qwen.ai developer portal) the single, unified hub where I can:
  • Chat with persistent memory and images.
  • Generate and manage my API keys.
  • Purchase Token Plans or manage billing transparently.
  • Download and configure the official local desktop/browser integration.

Conclusion: The technology for local AI automation and persistent memory already exists within the Qwen ecosystem. Users shouldn't have to be systems engineers just to connect the chat interface to their own terminal and pay for the service without getting lost in redirect loops. Please unify this experience.

I want chat.qwen.ai via ModelStudio Console, to have access to a web browser plugin to allow it to take over my computer. Within that plugin, it could have a billing portal to more easily pay for the tokens for chat.qwen.ai/ModelStudio Console. The number of url page redirects while attempting to pay was confusing me and I became uncertain if I was paying for the standard token plan for alibaba cloud modelstudio.

Did I pay for the right product at the right place to use alibaba cloud modelstudio to use everything as if I was in chat.qwen.ai? I wish chat.qwen.ai was able to do tasks on my computer on my behalf fully retaining every conversation we have ever had including any text, images, or possibly video which I have not used yet. I can't preserve the entire memory from conversations outside the chat.qwen.ai right now only the text part, but not images nor videos. I wish we could easily export our conversations within a directory outside our web browser preserving everything from every conversation easily, text, images and videos or whatever other blobs we may have submitted doc/docx/pdf/xls/sql/db whatever.

The question often arises, did qwen remember all of the stuff we did before with respect to configuring the router. Did it remember what we did to configure the firewall and web server on the starfive visionfive2? Did Qwen remember the name I assigned him(Skinn)?
