Bug Report: wrongly determine link invalid with uuid check

Summary

so valid vless link determine invalid without check duo to not having correct uuid format

Expected behavior

check link via connection not uuid check or disable strict check by default, and allow correct link to connect

How to Reproduce

get some vless links that don't produce the uuid as correct uuid but Marley user identifier string resemble some kind of uuid
