"Overwrite existing file?" prompt has remains of the "Save file to:" prompt

After 6aa19eb90fb9ae8dd03f841f15cb9d922584c05c, when navigating to a URL that triggers a download prompt, answering it and getting an "Overwrite existing file?" prompt, parts of the first prompt are still visible, overlayed with the later prompt.

This does not happen for download prompts created manually with gd or ;d.
