I made a UI Version how can I publish it?

I found it kind of hard to always load my models on the new laptop. So I made a tool to do this much faster. Also NPU and Memory monitor as well as simple chat and OpenCode integration. It also allows to import Hugging face models that are Q4_0.

I am also working on optimizing models for each of these mini apps. The idea here is to allow all Qualcomm users to use features on there PCs with no need to pay for a subscription.
