Non docked QgsDockableWidgetHelper are not grouped with QGIS taskbar entry on Windows

What is the bug or the crash?

It appears between 4.0.0 and now

Seems related to changes in Qt between 6.8 and 6.10.

Local setup : Qt 6.10.3, from QGIS 4.0.0 to master, bug OSGeo4W nightly : 6.11, bug MSI from 4.0.0 : 6.8, no bug

Steps to reproduce the issue

Open Qgis master on Windows, open any alg, see new taskbar entry without icon
