WebTorrent stops seeding after some time

What is the problem?

I am using qBittorrent5.3beta1 App image on Chromeos Crostini for WebTorrent seeding. I have about 125 torrents seeding with default settings. After about 3-5 hrs of constant seeding, which works perfectly, qBitTorrent WebTorrent stops seeding to instant.io, but normal UDP downloads still work. I was having similar issues on Windows with a custom libtorrent 2.1 build, but I can't confirm that the bug is not exclusive to Chromeos.

Edit: As I've been troubleshooting this bug on various operating systems for several years, I recall WebTorrent Desktop has a similar issue.

Steps to reproduce

1. Use qbittorrent5.3beta1 appimage in a Linux terminal (maybe not only chromeos)
2. test to make sure torrents are seeding in WebTorrent
3. wait 3-24 hrs
4. test instant.io again, they don't download
5. confirm non-WebTorrent UDP downloads still work

Additional context

Not sure if this is relevant but tracker.openwebtorrent.com often doesn't get set to "Working," though it still works when it stays on "Updating."

Edit 2: To troubleshoot I deleted tracker.openwebtorrent.com from my client side webtorrent implementation, in case this was a tracker issue, but tracker.webtorrent.dev doesn't download at all (the client announces and qBitTorrent never sees the peer, even when it's tier 0 and the only torrent running).
