Add an option to ignore "Send upload piece suggestions" option when you are the first and only seed of a torrent, because the option makes the torrent "spread out" very slowly

Hi. I use qB 5.2.3 LT20, so the latest version.

I enabled "Send upload piece suggestions" option. Now, when I create a new torrent and peers start to leech it, the torrent spreads out very slowly. What I mean is that my upload speed is the same as without "Send upload piece suggestions" turned ON, but the torrent is not seeding in an optimal way.

With "Send upload piece suggestions" turned ON, the torrent I created and am the only seed of has a ratio above 3.0 (in my qB) and still, I didn't manage to upload every piece of it to other peers, and the peers have only downloaded about 70% of the torrent. So, let's say the torrent is 50GB in size, I have already uploaded 150GB of it but the peers still haven't received ALL of the torrent's pieces - they haven't completed the torrent. With "Send upload piece suggestions" turned OFF, I usually manage to send ALL of a torrent's pieces when a torrent's ratio in my qB is at ~1.1.

I don't know how to ideally resolve this. Now, when I create a new torrent and add it to qB I just disable "Send upload piece suggestions" option, which is not very convenient and not the best case, because the rest of the torrents I seed do not benefit from "Send upload piece suggestions" being turned ON.
