GUI dashboard

I've searched existing issues and couldn't find a duplicate.

When I double click to run the executable on linux, it doesn't automatically open a terminal. I know for sure that this isn't a problem of pumpkin.

Describe the solution you'd like

A GUI dashboard like the one the vanilla server has. Maybe you could also allow plugins to be able to add stuff to it
