Consider keeping in-progress resources at the bottom of the interactive display

When running pulumi up (or refresh/destroy) in interactive mode, we always sort the latest resource we started creating at the bottom. In larger stacks, this can lead to display output that looks like we finished setting up all resources, and pulumi is doing nothing, because all resources that are being displayed are in created status, with none looking like they are in progress.

Instead we might want to sort all the resources that are still in progress at the bottom of the display, and have them scroll up only once they are done creating. This way it would be easier to get an overview of what's currently in the process of being set up.
