Out of date CHANGELOG / HISTORY files

The change logs for the primary "pug" has a most recent entry of 1.11.0 / 2015-06-12. Most of the other sub projects have similar out of date changelog / history files.

I eventually found the Releases page (https://github.com/pugjs/pug/releases) but I think the only page it's actively linked from is the v2-to-v3 migration guide. Would be great if all that information was contained in a single CHANGELOG.md at the package root.

FYI, I'm not concerned with the ancient history part. Having a changelog for supported published versions, i.e. [email protected]..HEAD as of writing this, would be helpful enough .
