Backup downloads fail with "File wasn't available on site" even though backup archives exist on Wings

Current Behavior

When attempting to download an existing backup from the Pterodactyl Panel, the browser displays:

File wasn't available on site

The backup download does not start or complete.

I verified that the .tar.gz backup archives still physically exist in the local Wings backup storage directory. Multiple backups, including recent backups created on August 31, are present and have valid file sizes.

For example:

The Pterodactyl queue worker is also active and running.

Expected Behavior

When clicking the download button for an existing backup, the Panel should successfully provide the backup download and the browser should download the corresponding .tar.gz file.

Steps to Reproduce

Log into the Pterodactyl Panel. Open a server that has an existing backup. Navigate to the server's Backups page. Select an existing backup that is confirmed to physically exist on the Wings node. Click the Download button. The browser displays "File wasn't available on site" and the backup does not download.

All games and eggs. The issue appears to affect Pterodactyl backup downloads rather than a specific game or egg.

Docker Image

Not applicable / appears unrelated to a specific Docker image. The issue occurs when downloading existing backups through the Pterodactyl Panel.
