Brims trace around model, not what is actually printed

Description of the bug

While slicing models with sharp corners with brim enabled, the brim traces around the 3D model file even when parts of the 3D model file are too small to be printed. Expected: Brim following the perimeter of the first layer. Actual Result: Brim following the whole first layer of the STL, even the parts that are too small to be printed. This can cause adhesion issues with models with sharp edges (for example: aerofoils)
