Arrange is not able to arrange objects for MMU3 printer

Description of the bug

When I set printer to "Original Prusa MK4S MMU3 0.4 nozzle" with several objects and press Arrange (uspořádat), only single object remain on printer bed even though there is plenty of space for all objects and wipe tower. I tried different adjustments of arrange parameters with no success (e.g. enable rotations or precise geometry). When I set printer to some non-MMU alternative like "Original Prusa MK4S 0.4 nozzle", arrange works perfectly fine though. This feature worked fine in previous version (2.9.2).
