(prometheus web)when delete monitoring object ,Status-Targets always exist

What did you do? I delete all monitoring object and execut hot reload.but prometheus web Status-Targets always exist What did you expect to see? prometheus web Targets are deleted. What did you see instead? Under which circumstances?
