[Feature] `serviceMetadata` field for `Prometheus`

What is missing? Please describe.

I'd like to add some custom labels to the generated Prometheus service. Currently there is podMetadata for custom pod lables, but no place to add custom service labels.

Describe alternatives you've considered.

Some tricks with Kustomize.
