Headless cartography knobs need named strategies

Depth, page-load wait, rewalk sample, agents, and explosion budget are separate flags. Users will not tune them together. Burp ships Fastest through Most Complete as presets.
Add -strategy fast|balanced|thorough that overlays those knobs via ApplyCrawlStrategy when the flag is set.
