Copy existing mods/shaders/texturpacks etc

Suggestion

If an identical mod (same version, loader, and mod version) is already downloaded in another instance, it is copied to the current instance instead of being downloaded again

Benefit

Not everyone has a fast internet connection, so copying local files makes the mod installation much faster

This suggestion is unique

• I have searched the issue tracker and did not find an issue describing my suggestion, especially not one that has been rejected.
