Game starts on wrong monitor

Describe the bug: When first starting up osu!lazer, it opens on the secondary monitor which is smaller than the primary. The only way to be able to fix this is by removing the HDMI cable with osu!lazer open and then inputting it back in, moving osu!lazer back on the primary monitor. If osu!lazer is not open when removing the HDMI cable and putting it back in, you would not be able to open the game. If you do manage to be able to get into the game, if you alt-tab out of it, and then try alt-tabbing back into game, you would not be able to, leading you have to restart the game and then doing the solution that I presented.
