Is Newman still being maintained?

Hi all, is Newman still being maintained? It looks like the last merge to develop was over 8 months ago. Some of this library's dependencies are outdated and have CVEs. This repo also has a large number of open, stale issues.

I am trying to assess whether I can assume this library is still in active development or is EOL.
