Display Git Commit hash alongside the message!

I've been using this extension for time now, Great visualisation of the changes, however when debugging I found myself filtering commits by message which isn't ideal.

My issue is that, It will be really great for this extension to have commit hash somewhere close to the message,

It will a plus to add the link to commit in used VCS (gitlab, github ...)
