Please provide APK releases for Chinese developers

Hi team,

I really appreciate your work on GitHub Mobile. It's helpful for developers around the world.

I’m not here to blame anyone — I fully understand you prefer Google Play for distribution and security. This is not your fault.

I’m just a regular developer in China trying to contribute a small PR to an open-source project. But I’ve been struggling for a whole morning just to check my PR status:

• Google Play is not available here ​
• Almost all proxy / mirror links return 502 and are unreliable ​
• I don’t want to install extra app stores just for one app ​
• My current app crashes with  No such type ProjectItem  and I can’t update it

I just want to legally and safely use GitHub Mobile to track my simple contribution, without taking any risks.

If possible, please consider hosting official APKs on GitHub Releases from time to time. It would mean a lot to Chinese developers who only want to participate in the open-source community.
