Feature Request: Configuration through env vars

Right now users can only configure the instance through the admin dashboard, could we instead get environment variables to configure everything?

In this case, configuration applied through the dashboard would win over the env vars.

This so users won't ever need to access the admin dashboard unless emergencies like user recovery.
