Proposal: Add Ombracrypt to Standalone Tools (PR Submitted)

I have already forked the repository and submitted a Pull Request to add my project, Ombracrypt, to the Tools > Standalone section. I wanted to open this accompanying issue to provide a bit more context on the tool and gather any feedback from the community.

Ombracrypt is an open-source, completely air-gapped desktop application designed for secure local file encryption and absolute data sovereignty.
