Bug - Bullet adding random more bars at the end

Describe/explain the bug Given a range of [5,10,15] and a measure of 7, 4 bars appear Also happens with [1,2,162] with a measure of [161]

Expected behavior Only 3 bars should appear when 3 values are given to range
