Wheels for Python 3.11 on Windows

Looks like there are no wheels for Python 3.11 on Windows. It's excluded from building them in https://github.com/plasma-umass/scalene/blob/master/.github/workflows/build-and-upload.yml#L53-L55 I understand that Python 3.11.0 is incompatible but what about newer versions (like Python 3.11.9)?
