• alphadoc-to-vega

Here are some request to modifications on alpha-doc:

• Could you rename link-issue to link-issues (plurial)?
• Could you supress notes-issue ? (And keep only notes-issues)
• Could you add near the link of Wiki Toc a link to Recent (https://alphadoc.plantuml.com/recent/markdown/), on the TOC?
