[BUG]: Rasterizing a linked image layer resets its blend mode and opacity

Steps how to trigger the issue

1.Drag and drop a png into the layers window of an existing document
2.Change its blend mode and opacity
3.Right click -> rasterize
4.Blend mode and opacity are reset
