[BUG] Massive thread count on MacOS

Hi. Really enjoying PixiEditor.

I'm experiencing a lot of lag at times, and I noticed in Activity Monitor the Thread count from PixiEditor kept increasing, at one point reaching 1600 if I left it alone for too long.

Platform: Macbook Pro M2. I am mainly using the Pixel Art mode.

I am unsure if there's a particular format for bug reports, apologies if this is the incorrect format.
