[BUG]: Width and Height Inputs in Create New Image are broken

Bug Description

I think it's best shown in the video.

Steps how to trigger the issue

1. Choose 64x64 from presets in Create New Image
2. Enable the Preserve Aspect Ratio 
3. Change one of the values - the second value is wrong

I didn't click anything on keyboard, just right clicking on the mouse.
