[FEATURE]: Adjust viewport control quick usage to allow for krita-like UX

Feature Description

Basically I tried to mimic the canvas/viewport controls of krita, but it cannot be the same in this program. The main problem is that while in krita I can hold spacelab to change to the move viewport quick use and then either additionally press control or shift to either zoom or rotate the viewport seamlessly, I cannot do that in PixiEditor. I basically need to let go of spacebar and reengage the shortcut to switch to the zoom or rotation quick use which ruins the experience.

Steps how to use this feature

1. Hold Spacelab for move viewport quickuse
2. Additionally press Shift or Control while holding down Spacelab to rotate or zoom the viewport
3. Should the user let go of Shift or Control it will seamlessly switch back to the viewport move tool, as long as Spacelab is still held down.
