[BUG]: Content gets cropped before matrix transform is applied (?) when feeding End Modify Image into Create Image node

Bug Description

Here is the setup:

Notice how in the output only the top-left part of the orange circle is visible. This doesn't happen if the begin/end modify image nodes are skipped:

Steps how to trigger the issue

1. Build the graph from the image
2. Look at the output
