[BUG]: Onion skinning basically doesn't work if you have a white background layer below everything

Honestly I don't even really fully understand what is going on here, some layers don't seem to be shown, and sometimes you can't see the current frame but can see the previous one too.

Depending on the cause of this a potential solution could be making the onion skinning separate for every layer instead of global
