TTV Firefox extension Suggestion (Request)

Bit of a shameless plug, but I created an extension for FireFox that mutes the browser tab and obscures the ad player when ads are played. It avoids negatively impacting the streamer's ad impression metrics by muting the FF tab instead of the TTV player.
