[Web Bug]: stories page gives an error

Description

When pressing the NEW button, then stories, it gives an error

I have tested it in Pixelfed.social, there it works. But not on my instance, punk.photos, which is on v0.13.0

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to a pure v0.13.0 release
2. Try to write a stories
3. An error happens
