[Question] - Adding custom video encoding codec

Summary

Is it possible to add custom video codec implemented here Codec name: EVRTCK Repo: https://github.com/vaalimusic/EvertyDesk_Lite

Motivation

It is custom lossless tiled codec that is build for specific use case - screen sharing (mostly-static screens with localized changes). Based on numbers from project its very efficient ( packet size and encoding time) on standard case when there was minor change screen.
