I cant pass vsbuild tools

Hi

I tried everything under the sun including the recommendation of uninstalling, it keeps bringing up the forever vsbuild tools process. The Vsbuild tool installer says 2019 installed properly. I really dont understand how I am supposed to pass that. I spent all day on this :(

I uninstalled vs 2019 as well from the system, no luck.

Windows 10, Pinokio 3.6.0

Can you please tell me how I can install vsbuild tools manually and bypass it. It is already installed in the system. it says susccess then starts all over again. Please help.
