Can we Navigate Pika_Prev & Pika_Next by TAB Key ?

As part of accessibility, we try to navigate "pika-next" & "pika-prev" by TAB key. Even after setting the role as "Button" and tabindex as 0, we are still unable to navigate by TAB Key. (What could be the best customisation to implement this feature)

This is for ease of navigation by keyboard. The Mouse Click event helps to navigate but need the same for TAB Key event.
