Describe the feature

In this new release, unlike the previous one, search doesn't have the jolly (like %) as default, but only like. It's a shame, because 99 query on 100 are with %. At least it is possible to go back to the previous settings (% as default in search tab)? Thank you!

Describe the solution

Let the user choose what kind of default search do, if like, or like %.
