[ Feature Request ] Have a scrollable areas functionality that rotates between current scrollable areas in the current view

Hello ,

sometimes when we have multiple scrollable areas find it convenient to use the mouse to click on the scrollable area I want , then when I want to scroll in another area I would use again the mouse , click and then use vimium. I would like to propose a functionality where I would press a button and it would cycle between scrollable areas.

I also noticed an issue opened for the same reason that wasn't closed and had no replies from last year. Issue #4760

Example If I am scrolling in the upper part for questions I could scroll in it, if I scroll too far down I am back to the main body and would like to return to the questions area, I would then click there so I can be back.

Would this be something doesn't contradict vimium's philosophy ? If not I would like to help implementing that, I already did for a POC a function that collects scrollables and returns them for a start.
