Folder assigned in the "Save As..." window gets reset to default on computer restart

OS: Fedora Browser: Librewolf

As described in the title:

-Set the download folder to /tmp/Downloads via Systray_Icon>Edit>Preferences>Save As>Download Folder: /tmp/Downloads

-Program works as intended until computer is restarted at which point the folder is switched back to ~/Downloads/Persepolis

This is unintuitive. Declared settings ought to persist beyond reboot.
