Suggestion: Do you want a quickstart docs page?

Hi,

I've recently bought a new PC and I want to start playing with perkeep this year to see if I can consolidate all my files spread over laptops and phones into a more palpable setup. Would you be interested if I write a QuickStart guide in the docs section (at least for Windows users) based on my learning progess?
